Is Justin Bieber a Rapist?

A Melbourne model has alleged she was drugged while attending a party hosted by singer Justin Bieber.
Bailey Scarlett, 18, claimed she had her drink spiked while at the party in Cremorne, the Herald Sun reports.
The Canadian popstar is in Australia promoting his latest single and was visiting Melbourne for a small rooftop show.

In her post, which has since been removed, Ms Scarlett says she was at the party because Bieber had requested “a bunch of ‘hot’ girls/models” to be there, and she was one of those chosen.

Upon arrival Ms Scarlett said her phone was taken from her and she was told to pour herself a drink. She was later poured a second and did a shot with Bieber.
Shortly afterward Ms Scarlett claims her vision became “ridiculously blurred”, she was “seeing 10 faces at once” and her lips, hands and toes became numb.

Feeling unsafe, Ms Scarlett said she began to panic and Bieber and his team intervened.
“Justin sat down with me and tried to calm me down saying crap like ‘look into my eyes, you’re ok, breathe’,” she wrote.
“He then to my disgust told his ‘crew’ to get me out of there, I was faking, trying to do this for attention.
“He began to have a go at me, claimed I had never been given drugs and had caught ‘Bieber Fever’.”

Ms Scarlett claimed Bieber accused her of faking her symptoms.

Victoria Police have confirmed they were called to the party just after 11pm on Sunday.
Ms Scarlett was taken to St Vincent’s hospital and she did not suggest it was Bieber who spiked her drink.
Another woman from the party disputed Ms Scarlett’s version of events.
“She was definitely very drunk,” she told the Herald Sun.

“She was trying to get (Bieber’s) attention all night, trying to take his hat. He wanted his hat back and she thought he was high fiving her. Straight after that she started having this panic attack.”
Ms Scarlett said she had been advised by her lawyer not to make any further comments while her claims are investigated.
